4th Grade Parents! We need your help with this year’s 5th Grade Farewell

Hello 4^th Grade Families!

Historically, 4^th grade parents help organize and host the 5^th grade promotion so that all 5^th grade parents can enjoy their student’s promotion celebration.  If you are a parent/guardian of a 4^th grader this year, that means it’s your turn to help get this year’s promotion celebration organized! 

This year’s farewell celebration will be held on May 31^st, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at Mary Farmar.  The event will be outside, with cookies or cupcakes, drinks and decorations.  The PTG has already arranged to have a Balloon Arch created for the event.

We need volunteers from 4^th grade families to help fill the 5^th grade farewell committee.  You’ll help plan out the details of the celebration and help decorate for the event.  There is a budget available to cover the cost of decorations, shirts and treats.

Take a look at the information, and then please use this Google Form to sign up to be part of the committee.  Please sign up by Monday April 11th so we can get the committee formed and you guys can get busy planning.
