Position Job Description:

The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings of the MARY FARMAR PTG and its Board and shall perform all the other duties as assigned by the President. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to all Board members prior to the next meeting. The Secretary shall verify the eligibility of all officer candidates.

Meeting minutes shall include:

  1. The kind of meeting (regular or special),
  2. The name of the organization,
  3. Date and place of the meeting,
  4. Presiding officer and Secretary,
  5. Public comments
  6. Name of member making and seconding each main motion,
  7. A summary of all reports,
  8. The signature of the Secretary
