Position Job Description:
The Treasurer shall:
- Receive all monies of the organization,
- Keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures,
- Pay out funds only as authorized by the organization,
- Present a statement of account at every meeting
- Give a monthly financial report to the school officer, which shall be available upon request in the school office.
